Zenitel June 2026 ICX-AlphaCom Technical Training

This is a 3-day, in-person training class at our Kansas City offices that will train attendees on our ICX-AlphaCom platform. This in-person training course covers everything from setting up your intercom system to programming procedures. Individuals need to be a member of Zenitel's Channel Partner Program in order to participate. Participants are also encouraged to take Zenitel's on-demand SIP and IC-Edge technical trainings before they travel to Kansas City for this class.
A personal laptop is needed in order to be certified in this class.
Lunch will be provided each day. Dinner, hotel, and transportation are the responsibility of the participant.
On-demand trainings
Zenitel offers on-demand, recorded versions of our live virtual classroom trainings, to include SIP, IC-EDGE and ICX-AlphaCom. These recording also have some quiz questions for interactivity. Participants will be awarded a certificate when all lessons are completed/passed.

This is a 3-day, in-person training class at our Kansas City offices that will train attendees on our Zenitel Connect Pro platform. Zenitel Connect Pro simplifies your communication infrastructure by seamlessly integrating intercoms, IP speakers, public address, and voice alarm systems into a single, unified audio communication platform. This in-person training course will cover an introduction to Zenitel Connect Pro and product features.
Participants are encouraged to take Zenitel's Zenitel Connect Pro Basic Technical Training class before they travel to Kansas City for this class.
