Every purchase you make through PSA increases your Training Bucks fund. Training Bucks can be applied toward travel expenses for PSA events, registration fees, education, certification course fees and more.

The PSA Scholarship
Presented by PSA University, the PSA Scholarship provides financial support for PSA owner companies’ employees and their families who are looking to further their education at higher institutions or obtain industry certifications in the physical and cybersecurity sectors.
Each year, multiple scholarships are awarded and announced at PSA TEC. The next PSA Scholarship application period will open in early 2026!

Development Opportunities
TEC Fellowship
PSA University is proud to offer the PSA TEC Fellowship, an all-expenses-paid opportunity designed to support the next generation of leaders within PSA owner companies. Each year, five fellows are selected to attend PSA TEC at no cost, making it easier for emerging professionals to engage with industry leaders, gain valuable insights and grow their careers.
Companies can nominate a rising leader within their organization, or eligible individuals can apply directly. The fellowship includes full event registration, a three-night hotel stay at the conference hotel and economy airfare. To be considered, applicants must be first-time PSA TEC attendees. The next TEC Fellowship application period will open in early 2026!
