Learning Programs
Mentorship
Impact Lives and Careers by Becoming a Mentor or Mentee
Accelerate your career with the PSA Mentorship Program. Mentorship fosters an environment that promotes mutual growth and the transfer of knowledge between mentor and mentee.
As a formal mentorship program, PSA facilitates the matching process and provides guidance to support a positive experience for all. To get the most out of this experience, full commitment is essential. Participants must be employed for at least one year at a PSA owner company and complete the application, a personality assessment and a confidentiality agreement. Mentor/mentee pairs are expected to schedule monthly recurring meetings.
PSA Roundtables
PSA hosts a series of in-person Roundtables that bring together select companies for focused, collaborative discussions around business strategy, operations and technology. Each session is designed to strengthen peer connections, share best practices and identify opportunities to maximize the value of PSA membership.
These small-group events foster open dialogue and actionable takeaways in a confidential environment. Attendance is by invitation only.
MSP10
Managed Services Leadership Workshop
MSP10 is a program exclusively designed for PSA owners to learn step-by-step how to implement a managed services provider (MSP) model. The training is limited and offered to only 10 integrators to ensure focused support.
“As a mentee, the PSA Mentorship Program has been a catalyst for my personal and professional growth to unexpected degrees! While the program’s timeline is finite, the PSA Mentorship Program opened the door to a long-term relationship with a trusted confidant and friend.”
Kade Kaaz, Sales & Design Professional, Preferred Technologies, LLC
“I knew I had more to learn about leadership and running a company, and the Peer Exchange Group gave me a space to ask for guidance without fear. My decision to invest time in the PSA community has already paid tangible dividends—for both myself and my business.”
Scott Superfine, President & CEO, M&R Electronic Systems, Inc.
“Once the Peer Exchange Group members reach the level of trust needed for free and open sharing, the learning that goes on is extensive. It’s like talking with a business partner who isn’t in your business, but knows it well enough to offer real help without judgment.”
John Maffey, President & CEO, M3T Corporation
