Below are FAQs for the PSA webstore, BuyPSA.com
Account Access

With this enhancement iteration, and as we continue to build out the site, you can take one of two approaches:
Integrators now have the ability to manage Users’ access to their respective account as an ‘Admin;’ please reach out to Login@psasecurity.com to get this set up.
From the webstore home page, users can also submit login requests directly with PSA by clicking the “Request Login” at the top right-hand corner of the screen – validation of role required.
If you are currently not a PSA member or owner, you can request to join by clicking here.

Click on “My Account” in the navigation menu to access your account information, including purchase history, returns, quotes and reorder items.

Pricing – Can view pricing, but not create or submit orders or see accounting/transaction history information.
AR – Can view pricing and accounting/transaction history information for their company, but can’t create or submit orders.
Order – Can view pricing and create and submit orders, but can only see accounting/transaction history information for their own orders.
Full – Can view pricing, submit orders, and view company wide transaction history.
Admin – Full access, plus access to Webstore Logins and Partners and Vendors.

Products can be accessed through:
The “Products” tab in the navigation rail
Category tiles on the homepage
The search bar at the top of the page
Quick Order feature for known SKUs

Shipping and tracking updates can be found by selecting the “Order & Shipment Info” button on the main page. Alternatively, you can select “My Account” at the top of the main page and can reference the “Track Items” column under Recent Purchases.
Product Information

When logged in, you will see your own unique pricing. Other details include “vendor notes” with items such as certifications required, minimum purchase amounts, shipping information and “average lead time.”

Average lead times are either provided directly from the technology partner or calculated based on an average ship time of the past three months of that product through PSA.

Products on the search results page can be sorted by shipping availability or technology partner. You can also filter by average availability timeframes.
Shopping Cart & Ordering

You can add products to your shopping cart in one of two ways:
From the search results, select the item and quantity, then click “add to cart”
From the landing page, click on the “Quick Order” button and enter the item directly or download the CSV template to upload your list of items needed

Yes, you can use the “Export Your Cart” feature to download an Excel file with the items in your cart, including product ID, product name, technology partner, price, quantity, description and special notes.

If applicable, there is an “Override Order Minimum” option that will allow you to still place an order, though it may be delayed and additional fees may apply.

Yes, the “Place Order On Hold” feature will keep the order from going through but allow you to return to it at a later time and place other orders if necessary. While you’re shopping, select this toggle, then hit “Place Order."

To return to a held order for processing, you can simply go to “My Account” and find the order by date or purchase number. This order will show as “Pending Approval.” You may click on that order number, then complete the order.

To begin the RMA process, in “My Account,” select “Purchase History” under the “Purchases” drop down. Select the appropriate SO, then select the “Start Return” button.
My Account Features

The “Overview” tab shows the most recent purchases as well as the default profile information and shipping address. You can also search by a PO #.

Within “Purchases,” you can see Purchase History, Returns, Quotes and Reorder Items. These are searchable by options like open orders or all orders as well as date ranges. They can also be sorted by date, number or amount.

Yes, as long as the order status is in “Pending Approval” status, you can cancel. Otherwise, you will need to reach out to support@psasecurity.com to request the cancellation.

The “Billing” section includes information on account balance (PSA Credit Limit and Information), Invoices and Transaction History. The Transaction History for an entire company can be viewed for those with A/R or Full Permissions. You can print, e-mail or download statements as a PDF.

“Cases” allows you to view support cases you may have or submit a new case.
Price List & Quick Order

“Price List” is accessible directly from the homepage and allows you to download your unique price list in an Excel file directly to your computer.

“Quick Order” is accessible directly from the homepage in the top right-hand corner and allows you to quickly add items to your cart by simply typing in a SKU and quantity.
Tariff & Pricing Information

View updated Tariff Pricing and Surcharge information here. Passwords can be obtained by contacting your PSA sales representative.

PSA is actively advocating on behalf of members to ensure the best possible pricing and minimize impact from tariff changes on goods from China, Mexico and Canada. As soon as supplier updates are received, PSA will notify customers promptly and provide guidance on how this may affect orders.
