Upon logging in, users are now directed to the webstore homepage as the destination page instead of the former destination page, My Account. The new homepage features five buttons for quick access to popular resources. Below, we walk through each new or updated resource.

The new Tech Partners page can be accessed through its new placement in the navigation menu or as a quick access button directly below the image slider feature on the homepage. This page features PSA’s P3 Elite and Platinum partners as well as 20 additional PSA technology partners who obtain the most annual revenue. When users click on a partner logo, it will route them directly to the selected partner’s products and SKUs.
This page allows users to quickly navigate to their preferred product lines for an improved shopping experience.

The new Best Sellers page is located as a quick access button directly below the image slider feature on the homepage. This page features PSA’s nine best-selling products as well as the best-selling products throughout nine categories.
This page allows users to explore the most popular products and categories while giving them the opportunity to find a new product.

The new Solutions & Services page is located as a quick access button directly below the image slider feature on the homepage. This page features a high-level navigation menu to access PSA’s service offerings.
This page allows users to explore services and solutions, whether its a PSA-hosted service such as the Swell Marketing Agency page on psasecurity.com or browsing PSA business solutions providers’ software licenses and renewals.

The new Order & Shipment button is located directly below the image slider feature on the homepage. This button provides quick access to “My Account,” which can also be found in the main navigation, and quick access to tracking information.
Below is more information on the many updates to “My Account.”

The new Quick Order feature can be accessed through the utility navigation menu, the shopping cart in the main navigation or as a quick access button directly below the image slider feature on the homepage.
Users who order multiple products can now download the provided template to upload a CSV file that adds all their products to the order with one, quick upload. This new, highly-requested feature allows users to have more time-efficient orders instead of searching for and selecting each product individually.
Instructions:
Navigate to the Shopping Cart through the utility navigation menu’s “Quick Order” link, the shopping cart in the main navigation or the “Quick Order” button directly below the image slider feature on the homepage.
Click the “Download CSV Template” in the “Import CSV File” section to download the template.
Fill out the three columns with the desired item names, vendors and quantities.
Drag and drop the CSV file in the import field.
Click the “Add to Cart” button.
Complete and upload your Quick Order CSV. An inspection report will notify you if any errors exist.
If there are errors, you can use the “Quick Add” feature to search for the missing item(s).

Quick Add
For users who know exactly what they’re shopping for, “Quick Add” is a new feature to quickly add products to the shopping cart. The Quick Add feature is the located in the shopping cart directly below the Import CSV File section.
This new, highly requested feature allows users to have a faster shopping experience.
Instructions:
From the shopping cart, click “Quick Add” to open the drop down.
Enter the SKU, Item Number or Item Name. Select from the drop down item(s) to quickly add to cart.
If the item you’re searching for doesn’t appear in the drop down, navigate to the search bar at the top of the screen for additional results.
Item Detail Options
At the product description level, users are now offered space to input additional details required by technology partners as needed (i.e. MAC Address, Facility Code, etc.). This new feature will decrease order processing time as it allows for users to provide all necessary item information up front.
Wishlist
The updated Wishlist is located in the “My Account” vertical menu. Users can add products to their Wishlist to save them for later. When ready to order, users can go to their Wishlist to quickly add items to their cart.
Instructions:
On the product description page, click “Add to Wishlist” for the desired item.
Select the Wishlist(s) and add the product, or create a new Wishlist.
Navigate to “My Account” then click “Wishlist” in the vertical menu.
Select “All My lists” to add an entire Wishlist to the cart. Otherwise, from the preferred Wishlist you can select individual products to quickly add to cart.
Transaction History
The Transaction History search function replaced the Alternate Transaction History. It is located in the “My Account” vertical menu under “Billing.” This new, highly requested feature allows users to search by PO number instead of PSA’s PO number.
Users can now search by their PO number and have quick access to their Invoices, SOs and tracking information.
Quotes
Quotes can be located on the “My Account” destination page, “Overview,” or in vertical menu under “Purchases.” The quote function is now editable while users are determining what products they’d like to buy. Once the quote is satisfactory, users can place their order via the quote directly.
Instructions
Navigate to “My Account” and click the “Open Quotes” button.
Select the desired quote number to view the quote.
Click “Edit” to make any changes such as adding new items, changing quantities or removing items.
The quote can be downloaded as a PDF for internal review, or the user can select “Review and Place Order” to convert it directly into a purchase.
RMAs
Users are now able to start processing RMAs from the Invoice and SO level. This update allows easier access to starting a return when needed.

New Categories accessible from the homepage as well as under the “products” tab in the navigation rail. In the navigation drop down menu, as well as when you click on a homepage category tile, you’ll see robust subcategories.
Once you’ve clicked on a subcategory, you are taken directly to the search results page. This page can be displayed in either list or tile view by clicking the buttons on the right-hand side of the page.
You can add products to your shopping cart directly from the search results page, by selecting quantity and typing in “add to cart.” Once you are logged in, you will see your own unique pricing. Other details on the product in the search results page include “vendor notes” with items such as certifications required, minimum purchase amounts, shipping information, etc., as well as “average lead time.” Average lead times are either provided directly from the technology partner or they are calculated based on an average ship time of the last three months of that product through PSA.
You can click directly on a product from the search results page to be taken directly to the product detail page for an expanded view of all information on the product as well as another place to add an item to your cart.
There is the ability to sort products on the search results page by shipping availability or technology partner.

The Shopping Cart items are now grouped by technology partner for ease of use and clarity.
A shopper can use the “Export Your Cart” feature to download and Excel file with the items in their cart. This file includes product ID, product name, technology partner, price, quantity, description and special notes.
If applicable, there is also an “Override Order Minimum” option that will allow shopper to still place an order.
Once the shopper goes to check out, the shipping address will detail to the last used. You may select another address or add a new one. Likewise, the delivery method will do the same, but allow for selection of other options. If a user has many shipping addresses, they will have to scroll to the end to find the delivery method.
An exciting new feature is the “Place Order On Hold” toggle that allows a customer to shop, select this toggle, then hit “Place Order.” This will keep the order from going through but allow the shopper to return to it at a later time and place other orders if necessary in the meantime.
To return to this order for processing, a user can simply go to “My Account” and find the order by date or purchase number. This order will show as “Pending Approval.” The shopper may click on that order number, then complete the order.

The “Overview” tab of “My Account” shows the most recent purchases as well as the default profile information and shipping address. Likewise, the user can search by a PO #.
Within “Purchases,” the user can see Purchase History, Returns, Quotes and Reorder Items. These are searchable by options like open orders or all orders as well as date ranges. They can also be sorted by date, number or amount.
Also within “Purchase History,” a user can cancel and order prior to pending fulfillment status.
The “Billing” section includes information on account balance (PSA Credit Limit and Information), Invoices and Transaction History. The Transaction History for an entire company can be viewed for those with A/R or Full Permissions. Likewise, the user can print a statement, e-mail one or download one as a PDF.
Within the invoices located in the “Billing” section, tracking information is viewable on the individual invoices.
The “Settings” section is where a user can view their “Profile Information,” add or update addresses, and change their password.
“Cases” allows the user to view support cases they may have or submit a new case.
“Price List” is also accessible directly from the homepage and allows the user to export their unique price list in an Excel file directly to their computer.
“Quick Order” is accessible directly from the homepage in the top right-hand corner and allows users to quickly add items to their cart by simply typing in a SKU and quantity.
