This is a three day, in-person training class at Zenitel's Kansas City offices that will train attendees on their ICX-AlphaCom platform.

Individuals need to be a member of Zenitel's Channel Partner Program in order to participate. Participants are also encouraged to take Zenitel's on-demand SIP and IC-Edge technical trainings before they travel to Kansas City for this class.

A personal laptop is needed in order to be certified in this class.

Lunch will be provided each day. Dinner, hotel and transportation are the responsibility of the participant.

On-Demand Trainings: Zenitel offers on-demand, recorded versions of their live virtual classroom trainings. These recording also have some quiz questions for interactivity. Participants will be awarded a certificate when all lessons are completed/passed.
