Virtual Executive Masterclass | October 7

The Table is a premier leadership development experience led by Security Industry Association and PSA. Designed for mid-career and senior leaders, The Table prepares professionals to advance into executive roles. Mirroring best-in-class executive education models, this virtual event focuses on developing leadership capabilities, exploring emerging industry trends and strengthening professional connections.

This six-week cohort-based experience blends executive masterclasses, interactive workshops, facilitated peer discussions and applied strategic problem solving. With practical real world learning, participants strengthen business acumen, support individual growth and move the security industry forward.

The Schedule

Weeks 1-5: Sept. 9, 16, 23, 30 and Oct. 7, 2026: Executive Masterclasses | Virtual
Live executive masterclass led by senior industry leaders. Executive masterclasses consist of small-group breakout sessions as consistent mini executive teams, application of executive competencies through real-world scenarios and ongoing development of a team-based capstone project.

Week 6: Oct. 21-22 | Securing New Ground (SNG), New York City
A day-and-a-half in person summit in New York City presenting team-based capstone projects. You can expect executive keynotes and guest speakers.

Each candidate must be employed by SIA or PSA. Participants are expected to attend every session, including both virtual and in-person formats.
