Featured Session: The LeadHER Roundtable: Real Conversations for Women Leaders

June 15 | 9:30 - 11 AM CT

Women leaders today are no longer fighting for a seat at the table—they are shaping decisions, leading teams and influencing the future of the security industry. With that progress comes a new leadership challenge: how women use their position, voice and influence to navigate complexity, drive impact and lead responsibly in rapidly evolving environments.

This facilitated roundtable moves beyond traditional presentations to create space for thoughtful, peer-driven dialogue among women leaders. Through guided discussion, participants will explore the realities of modern leadership—including influence, responsibility, collaboration across differences and leading with clarity in high-pressure, technology-driven contexts.

Co-facilitated by Brooke Erickson and Candice Aragon, this session emphasizes a United Front approach to leadership—not as uniformity, but as shared awareness and intentional use of influence.

Attendees will:

  • Gain perspective, insight and practical takeaways drawn from the collective experience of women leading at every level, reinforcing the power of learning with one another to move the industry forward

  • Engage in peer-driven dialogue on modern leadership challenges across roles, gender, and systems

  • Exchange practical strategies for leading with influence, clarity and credibility

  • Reflect on how leadership decisions impact teams, culture and industry progress

  • Leave with actionable insights to strengthen leadership effectiveness
