We currently receive vendor price lists through a variety of methods—some via email, others through vendor portals and in some cases through designated contacts. This information is not centrally documented and is often known only by individual team members. This form is intended to capture and standardize how each vendor provides pricing information, ensuring better visibility, consistency and accessibility for the team.
