PSA TEC 2026: An Experience Worth Returning To

The PSA TEC Fellowship Program offers an all-expenses-paid opportunity for next-generation leaders from PSA owner and member companies to attend TEC. This year, five fellows attended TEC 2026 in Denver, Colorado.
Being selected as a PSA TEC Fellow was a tremendous honor and an incredible opportunity. Being able to meet new people and have meaningful conversations, not only about our profession, but also on a more personal level, was something I had never truly experienced at other conference events. PSA treated not only the Fellows, but every attendee, like royalty.
The lineup of trainings and certifications offered a wide variety of valuable opportunities. I especially enjoyed participating in and contributing to the Project Management certification class. Even after more than 20 years in the industry, there was still so much I was able to learn and take away from the event.
I also loved the special touch of making the PSA TEC Fellows VIP attendees. As silly as it may sound, the lanyard itself became a conversation starter and may or may not have helped me get to the front of the line a few times.
Beyond the educational opportunities, PSA created an environment that made networking feel natural and enjoyable. The events they organized made it easy to connect with people I may never have otherwise met.
The application process itself was seamless. I am incredibly grateful to one of my largest customers for writing such an amazing letter of recommendation about what I mean to them and their organization. My goal has always been to ensure the people I work with truly feel how much I and my organization care about them, and I believe that leaves a lasting impression for all the right reasons.
I was beyond excited when I learned I had been selected as a Fellow, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation I had. I will absolutely be back at PSA TEC for many years to come and will look forward to attending each year.
I especially want to thank all of the PSA employees. At no point during the event did I encounter anyone who was not smiling, welcoming and genuinely happy to be part of the experience. They made everyone feel comfortable and valued.
I will always cherish the time I spent at PSA TEC and the relationships that were built there. Being part of PSA is truly an honor.
