Keynote speaker Jon Acuff will take the stage to challenge one of the most common yet overlooked barriers to performance: overthinking. Backed by research from more than 10,000 participants, Acuff reframes overthinking not as a personality trait but as a pattern that drains time, creativity and energy across organizations. In this engaging keynote, he introduces a practical framework for transforming negative thought patterns, or “soundtracks,” into tools for clarity and momentum. Attendees will gain simple techniques to retire from limiting thoughts, replace them with more productive narratives and reinforce new patterns that drive consistent results.
