Corporate Social Responsibility

At PSA, social responsibility is a priority. For years we’ve been participating in charitable giving, ethical business practices, volunteerism and more. Below outlines just some of the ways PSA gives back to its employees, community and world.

PHILANTHROPIC GIVING

PSA has partnered with Mission 500 for years to support organizations in need such as the Denver Rescue Mission or area schools. Each year at PSA’s annual conference, attendees will build hygiene kits, stuff backpacks for students in need and more.

PSA SCHOLARSHIP AWARD

PSA awards a $5,000 scholarship once a year to someone working in the security industry or someone who’s parent works in the security industry. The winner must aspire to a career in physical or cyber security, be in good scholastic standing and provide a statement about why they are the best candidate for the scholarship.

VOLUNTEERISM

In addition to the philanthropic work that PSA does at events, the employees of PSA also partake in giving. From raising money for cancer organizations, hosting clothing and food drives, writing letters to the elderly, PSA’s community service committee is dedicated to improving our communities and the lives of those around us.

EMPLOYEE WELLNESS

PSA’s wellness committee is dedicated to helping our employees be their best selves. The committee gives tips on exercise, nutrition, mental health and more. Likewise the group is always working to provide employees with reusable water bottles, hand sanitizer or other items needed to be as healthy as possible in PSA’s office and on the road.

DEVELOPING THE NEXT GENERATION OF SECURITY LEADERS

Every year PSA invites college students in the Denver area interested in security or cybersecurity to PSA TEC for free. The students can attend sessions, network with industry professionals and even partner up with a mentor who can provide advice and coaching long after the event.

Let’s start a conversation and see how PSA can assist you.
