Five Minutes with Clair McGinn

Ever wonder who keeps the PSA Security Network engine running?

A team of talented, intelligent and fun people are working hard every day to ensure PSA leads the charge in the electronic security industry. Each month we showcase one of our PSA superstars so you can get to know us a little better. This month we’d like you to meet the newest addition to the PSA team, Clair McGinn.

What is your official title:
Customer Service Rep 

Describe your job in a couple of sentences:  
I enter orders received in NetSuite or via email and assist with any questions or issues the customers, members, owners or vendors may have.

How long have you worked for PSA?  
6 months

Can you share a little bit of information about your professional background?
I was previously employed for 15 years with a Manufactures Rep firm.  I did a lot of the same kind of work that I do here with PSA.  I entered orders daily and worked on quotes for distributors, helped with any questions or issues.  I had a lot of interaction with distributors and manufacturers. I was more recently employed at a security installation company where I entered, scheduled and followed up on service calls with our techs and customers.

What was it about PSA that caught your interest? 
I really enjoy working with people on a day to day basis and already had some experience in the security field.

As one of PSA’s newest employees, what are you enjoying most about working here? 
I enjoy the interaction with the Customers, Members and Owners!  Everyone at PSA is very friendly and helpful!

What do you like to do for fun? 
I love taking weekend drives in the mountains or to places I haven’t been.

Any fun or interesting facts about yourself that you want to add?
I am number 15 of 16 kids so being around people has always been enjoyable for me.
