At the beginning of the year, we set very aggressive stretch goals for Customer Service on response time to our top 3 Net Suite case types. All year long, Sandy has attacked these goals, kept her department informed and motivated and has always provided monthly metrics to me and the department within several (2-3) business days of each month end.
