Transportation to and from the airport can be booked through A&D Transportation, email LIMO@hawaii.rr.com or call 808.873.2034. The cost is $57 per vehicle each way. Return reservations may be made at the same time.

• Your name
• Flight information (airline, flt number and date of arrival)
• Number  of people in your party and each person's contact information so they receive a confirmation as well
